Viet Kieu wellness visit Saigon: where to go, hours and prices (Q&A)
Tong Gia team · Lương Y Tống Văn Huynh · 2026-10-26

For a Viet Kieu wellness visit in Saigon, Tong Gia has two branches open every day: 225 Duong Thi Muoi Street, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12 (8:00 to 19:00) and Unit T16-21, The Manhattan, Vinhomes Grand Park, Long Binh Ward, Thu Duc City, formerly District 9 (9:00 to 20:00). A full body session of 120 minutes is 950,000 VND (about $37), a traditional Vietnamese massage is 450,000 VND (about $17) for 60 minutes or 550,000 VND (about $21) for 90 minutes, and the prices are the same at both addresses.
Coming home usually means a calendar full of family meals, relatives to visit and errands across town. The questions below are the ones overseas Vietnamese ask when they want to carve out a couple of quiet hours for themselves. If you are also thinking about booking sessions for your mother or father, our overseas Vietnamese page covers that side.
Where exactly are the two branches?
- District 12: 225 Duong Thi Muoi Street, near Tan Chanh Hiep market. Handy if your family lives around Go Vap, Hoc Mon or Tan Binh. Google rating 4.9★ from 234 reviews (Google Maps).
- Vinhomes Grand Park: Unit T16-21, inside The Manhattan area, Long Binh Ward, Thu Duc City. Convenient for Long Binh, Long Thanh My and Thu Duc. Google rating 5.0★ from 183 reviews (Google Maps).
Show the written address to your ride-hailing driver; Vietnamese street names are easier to read than to pronounce after years away.
How do I fit a session into a busy trip home?
Look for the gaps that already exist. Mornings are often free before the family lunch, and the District 12 branch opens at 8:00. Evenings work too: the Vinhomes Grand Park branch takes its last 90-minute guests at around 18:30 and closes at 20:00. One idea is to go once early in the trip, while the flight still sits in your neck and lower back, and once more before flying out.
What do the sessions cost?
Retail prices for one session (USD is an approximate conversion):
| Session | VND | About USD |
|---|---|---|
| Vietnamese herbal head spa, 45 min | 150,000 | 6 |
| Traditional Vietnamese massage, 60 min | 450,000 | 17 |
| Traditional Vietnamese massage, 90 min | 550,000 | 21 |
| Neck & shoulder or lower-back session, 90 min | 750,000 | 29 |
| Full body session, 120 min | 950,000 | 37 |
| Cupping, 30 min | 85,000 | 3 |
Everything else is on the prices page. Payment is in cash or by bank transfer at the branch, and the price is confirmed before the session starts.
Is this the kind of massage my grandparents talked about?
It comes from the same tradition. Our founder, Lương Y Tống Văn Huynh, a traditional Vietnamese wellness master with more than 13 years in the field, built each session on a few habits that older generations will recognise. The practitioner first looks at you: complexion, how your shoulders sit, how you hold your spine. This observation is called Y Tuong Hoc. Then the fingers run along both sides of the spine to find tight spots, and only after that does the acupressure and kneading begin on those areas, as in the photo above, where the palms press across the upper back and shoulder blades. A warm herbal compress and a foot soak close the session. You will be asked about pressure throughout.
My Vietnamese is rusty. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Staff mainly speak Vietnamese, so this is a relaxed place to practise a few phrases: “nhẹ thôi” means lighter, “mạnh hơn” means firmer. If you prefer English, messages sent on WhatsApp are answered with a translation tool, so short sentences work best.
Which session should I pick?
- First days after landing: the 120-minute full body session, unhurried from head to feet.
- Tired shoulders from carrying luggage and children: the 90-minute neck & shoulder or lower-back session.
- Only an hour between visits: the 45-minute herbal head spa, or a 60-minute traditional massage.
If you have a health condition, are pregnant or recently had surgery, see a licensed physician before booking any massage and tell staff when you arrive.
How do I book?
Send a WhatsApp or Zalo message to +84 888 264 559 with your name, the branch, the date and time, and the session you want. You can message before you leave your home country; around Tet, book a few days ahead.
FAQ
Are prices different for overseas visitors? No. Everyone pays the same retail price, for example 550,000 VND (about $21) for a 90-minute traditional Vietnamese massage.
Which branch is open later in the evening? Vinhomes Grand Park closes at 20:00 and District 12 at 19:00. Both open every day of the week.
Can I come with my siblings or cousins at the same time? Yes. Say how many people are coming when you message on WhatsApp or Zalo so staff can check that enough practitioners are free for the same time slot.
Do I need to bring anything? No. Wear comfortable clothes and avoid a heavy meal just before the session.
