A Viet Kieu wellness visit in Saigon: time for yourself on a busy trip home
Trips home are full: family meals, relatives to visit, paperwork, traffic. After the long flight and a few days of running around, an hour or two of quiet is welcome. A Vietnamese-style session, the kind your parents or grandparents may remember, is a good way to slow down and reconnect with something familiar.
Each session follows the method of founder Lương Y Tống Văn Huynh, a traditional Vietnamese wellness master with more than 13 years in Eastern wellness care:
- Observation of your complexion, posture, shoulders and spine (Y Tuong Hoc, explained on our face reading page).
- Spine check to find tight spots.
- Acupressure and kneading focused on the areas that need it, with pressure adjusted as you go.
- Warm herbal compress and foot soak to finish.
Book a massage for parents in Vietnam from abroad
If you live overseas and want to look after your parents from far away, you can arrange a session for them without being in the country:
- Send us a WhatsApp message at +84 888 264 559 (Zalo also works).
- Include your parent’s name, their phone number, the preferred branch and a time that suits them.
- Staff call your parent to confirm the appointment in Vietnamese, so they know exactly when and where to go.
- Your parent comes in and enjoys the session. The price is confirmed before it starts; payment is by cash or bank transfer.
You can write in English or Vietnamese. Staff mainly speak Vietnamese, which makes things easy for parents; English messages are answered with translation tools.
