What happens in 60 minutes
- A short chat and a look at your shoulders and posture.
- Fingers run along the neck and upper spine to find tight spots.
- A warm compress on the neck and shoulders.
- About 15 to 20 minutes of kneading and stroking to soften the muscles.
- Acupressure on points such as Feng Chi (below the skull), Jian Jing (top of the shoulder) and Da Zhui (below the most prominent neck bone).
- Gentle, slow neck movements within a pain-free range. No forceful twisting.
- A warm herbal compress to finish.
